ActiveRecord::StatementInvalid: PG::ObjectNotInPrerequisiteState: ERROR: materialized view "instances" has not been populated HINT: Use the REFRESH MATERIALIZED VIEW command.
Solution
Went into postgres on mastodon_production and ran refresh materialized view instances
